I believe that 'If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.' So I’ve changed my life completely. The way I walked, talked, dressed, and especially the company I kept all had to change. Eventually I went to a rehabilitation center in Los Angeles and started following the 12 Step program there. I realized I needed a higher power to help me with my issues.

Since then, my husband and daughter and regular meetings help me maintain my recovery.  The 12 Steps really work if you work at it and they have helped me to embrace my new life. And, what a change it’s been!”
